1. Diskussion des Handbuchs Lehre (umbenannt in: Gute Lehre am OSI, Vorschläge und Ideen)

• Konsens: Tolle Initiative, welche weiterverfolgt werden sollte
• das Handbuch soll weiter ständig verbessert werden
• das Handbuch kann nur Vorschläge unterbreiten, nicht DIE EINE gute Lehre beschreiben

2. Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten von Verbesserungen

• Manual (request the Institute Trat): Manual is on the OSI website are made available, officially supported by the Institute Trat, to an invitation by the Director to implement the manual in the courses
• achievement of students: Installing the manual in the mentor program and the first semester course (included in the Reader)
• event (panel discussion on good teaching) as part of the publication of the handbook in the coming semester
• discussion with tutors

third Training

The certification program for the training of lecturers at the FU will soon be launched, how can there be good participation encouraged?

first Developing a better, because subject-specific tailored program by the second group training
Invitation to participate in the program through official bodies
